LATE POLICY/ REFUND POLICY

  • If you are more than 15 minutes late (without staff approval) that is considered a cancelation & you will lose your spot in line there will be no reschedule or refund option at this point

  • If you show up late you will not be given extra time

  • Any cancelations or reschedules needs to be no later than 24 hours before session in order to receive a full refund.

  • Cancelations made within 5 hours of their start time will receive NO refund

  • ​Other reasons such as running late, not showing up, having group members not show up, not filling out waivers, being intoxicated, unable or unwilling to wear safety gear, not following staff rules etc are NOT grounds for a refund.
